FAQ

  • What is in-house equipment?
We keep a selection of cameras, lights, modifiers, and backdrops on hand, so we don’t have to rent equipment for every shoot. We will use anything at our disposal to create for you with no extra fee. If your concept involves equipment that we need to rent, we will discuss this ahead of time, so there are no surprise costs. For backdrops, we have a rotating collection of colors/textures, so don’t hesitate to ask what we have currently. If you want something we don’t have in stock, we are happy to procure what you need.

  • What does basic editing include?
Basic editing includes tone and color correction and blemish removal as needed. For any major retouch requests, a retouch fee will apply.

  • What is “Licensing for Additional Uses”?
We include a certain number of low resolution photo files with every shoot that you are free to use for internal purposes, website, and social media posts. Different uses such as photos for advertisements or photos used on retail products have additional licensing fees.

  • What if I need hair and makeup services? A wardrobe or product stylist? What if I have a cool idea for a set build? Can you help?
Of course. We may be camera operators primarily, but we also often serve as producers and love bringing together a good team of people to bring your vision to life. We have built up a rolodex of trusted, talented folks over the years.
